Ski Hire and Instruction

SKI PASSES

Our prices include a full area 6 day lift pass (except 30th Dececmber where the price includes an 8 day lift pass). This covers all villages, including Monêtier les Bains and Briançon. The Grande Serre Che in Serre Chevalier is the true international pass. If you have a car it offers the chance to ski in Les Deux Alps, Alpe d'Huez, Montgenevre and the local Italian resorts of Claviere, Sansicario and Sestriere. Reductions are available if a local pass is only required, for children under 13 years and for adults over 65 years. Photos are not required. The pass is in the form of an electronic card and will be issued on the day of arrival.

SKI EQUIPMENT

Boots and skis can be hired from shops belonging to Twinner group, such as Riquet Sport in Serre Chevalier, Villeneuve and Laurent Maestrati in Monetier. All three shops offer carver skis. These shops also stock a wide range of ski clothing. We will issue vouchers in advance for use in the resort.

Key:
Sup (superior):    high performance skis and boots suitable for experts in all conditions
Pre (premium):    top of the range carver skis and boots in new condition suitable for intermediates.

SKI TUITION

Tuition is essential for beginners to get the best out of your ski holiday and most skiers will improve with the correct tuition. We recommend the ESF ski school because of its well qualified staff and availability of English speaking instructors. Group lessons are normally 2 hours per day for 6 days. We will issue vouchers for use in the resort if paid in advance. Private lessons for 1-2 persons with a named instructor are best booked in advance.
